How to Become a Natural Beauty
Here’s how to look gorgeous without looking artificial…
Steps:
Get as much rest as you can.
An average person needs at least 8 hours of full rest. If you snore, you lose about 2 hours per night. Make sure your head is positioned the correct way. If it’s not, there’s a chance you could be losing air when you snore.
Eat less meat and more vegetables. Don’t eat a lot of greasy or oily food, it can make your skin break out. Its ok to splurge occasionally but keep portion control in mind.
Add more fiber, omega3 acids and omega6 acids into your diet to improve digestion.Eat lots of fish like salmon and mackerel. If fish is not your thing ,feast on almonds as a mid-afternoon snack.Go easy on olive oil!It is an absolute boon for hair and skin. These are the best sources of omega fatty acids as well as EFAs which keep your skin glowing and blemish free. Flax seed is also rich in these elements. You will begin to see the difference in just a few days.
Don’t eat out.
Cook your own food, then you really know what’s in it. Fresh food really counts in a diet. All that microwave, frozen, junk food and restaurant food could be harming your body.
Drink lots of water to flush you out clean. 8oz. x 8 (or 64 ounces) per day is good for your health.
Get good exercise, cardio, and fat burning. but make sure you have the protein to go with it.
Keep yourself clean and shower daily.
Wash your face with water – you really don’t need all those face washes, and they may dry you out. If you have bad acne, Proactiv works. The key thing to remember is to not use it as much as they suggest. You will see an improvement in your skin. If Proactiv does not work, consult with your doctor for an alternative. They might recommend Accutane. Accutane is for extreme cases, and it really, truly works. You have to get blood tests weekly but Best of all, it’s probably covered by insurance!
Exfoliate your face once a week.
Make sure your towel is clean.
Make sure your clothes are clean.
Keep yourself fresh.
Moisturize your skin daily. You are now all natural!
Brush your teeth twice a day, to keep you teeth nice and white! If you need to, use whitening strips.
Every morning ,evening and before going to bed at night ,do this exercise:
Stand straight.
Now bend as much as you can towards the front. Join your hands at the back to perfect this stance. Doctors have shown that this very simple exercise greatly improves circulation to the face and scalp thereby leaving you absolutely refreshed and glowing!
Finally, have a positive attitude and self confidence!
Tips:
Drink water. It really helps in cleansing.
Do a pilates 10 minute work out every morning before you are do other work. Pilates works on the core of your body. It will help give you a natural beauty. You just need a mat and know how to breathe well.
Don’t touch your face too often, avoid resting your face on your hands, and try to always remember to wash your hands before touching your face.
If you lean your face on your hands, it stretches out our skin making it dry and giving you wrinkles earlier.
NO SLOUCHING! Slouching makes you look as if you haven’t showered and puts your spine at an angle, affecting your posture.
Get your physical done!
This checks your complete physical health and even lets you know if you are on schedule with your height/weight. If you have a good doctor, they will also check your spine angle and tell you if you have been slouching too much.
See a dermatologist yearly. Remember: split ends, dry hair, dandruff, and unclean hair is NEVER attractive no matter how many sprays you’ve been using.
When carrying things like backpacks, use BOTH straps on your shoulders. If you don’t, it can have a permanent effect on your body.
ALL CHEMICALS ARE BAD in their own way. Hairspray sticks to your hair and makes it dry and weak after its shine is gone. Foundation dries out your skin. If the soap you use for your bath is not meant for your face, it can dry it out.
Get into the habit of good hygiene at an early age. It can reduce acne and pimples during your development age. This doesn’t mean buying every colorfully bottled product out there. See this list to see what you should use daily/weekly. DO NOT SHARE YOUR SUPPLIES WITH ANYONE ELSE. It is not hygienic and can give you an infection.
Washcloth
Thick towels
Shampoo and conditioner recommended specifically for you by your dermatologist
Body soap/wash
Facial Soap/wash
Blowdryer
Hairbrush and comb
Moisturizing lotion made of mostly natural ingredients (start off by buying small bottles of different high quality ones from good companies. Once you find the one or two that you really like, buy bigger bottles. They might be expensive but so is the cost when you don’t treat your skin well. Remember to have fun and switch once in a while!)
A hair straightener is not really needed. It dries out your hair and gives it the artificial effect. Brush your hair regularly and that is all you should need. Comb your hair before going to bed and it helps a lot! Rinse your hair with cool water regularly.
Shampoo twice a week and with no more than a dab of it. If done more than that it can strip you hair of essential natural oils making it thin and weak. Rinse your hair every day to keep it clean though.
Eat more fruits! This is a very healthy alternative to skin products for glowing skin.
You can use makeup but remember to keep it as little as possible.
If you want naturally wavy hair, just wash it and plait it overnight, in the morning you should have lovely natural waves without having to use any hair products, however the amount of wave and effect of doing plaits may vary with different types of hair.
Smile a lot. Happy people are sexy and they always will be.
Warnings!
Keep sunblock on, even if it’s cool outside.
There are rays in the winter so be careful.
And don’t forget sunglasses to protect your eyes.
